Southbound from Hartford/West Hartford

Take 84 West (towards Waterbury) to Exit 41 South Main St., West Hartford.  Use middle lane to turn left onto South Main St. Continue for .2 mi. and turn right into Corporate Center West parking lot.

Southbound from Windsor

Take 91 South until you reach the 84 West intersection. Bear right onto 84 West and follow the directions above.

Northbound from Wallingford

Take 691 West to 84 East and follow to Exit 41 South Main St., West Hartford.  Make right onto South Main St. Turn right into Corporate Center West parking lot.

Westbound from Glastonbury

Take Rt. 2 West to Rt. 84 W and follow to Exit 41 South Main St., West Hartford.  Make right onto South Main St. Turn right into Corporate Center West parking lot.

Eastbound from Avon

Take US 44 East and go over Avon Mountain. At Bishop’s Corner intersection, take a right onto North Main St. (TD Bank on right) and follow for 3.7 mi. until you reach Corporate Center West (on the right). Turn right into Corporate Center West parking lot.

Parking

Parking is available in front and behind the building. We suggest the East Entrance for easiest access.

East Entrance/Behind the Building: When you drive into Corporate Center West, take a quick right and follow signs to the East Entrance which the back of the building. You can enter through the door marked “East Entrance”. Patients with special needs can be dropped off at the door of the “East Entrance” and take the elevator to the 1st floor and enter directly into the office in Suite 109

Front of Building: If you park and enter through the front, there are stairs leading to the main lobby. Walk straight to electronic directory which will guide you; our office is down the right hallway and is Suite 109.
