Hours of Operations

Phones are answered by a member of our team on Monday through Friday. All calls are routed to the staff member best able to meet your needs or the appropriate voice mailbox. It is our goal to answer each voice mail message by the end of each business day.

Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday. Hours of operation vary depending on office location.

All Locations (except Wallingford):

• All regularly scheduled visits are by appointment only, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
• To inquire about an appointment, reschedule, or confirm the status of your appointment, please call us at (860) 522-0604.
• All office phones are answered from 9:00am to 5:00pm, at which time calls are forwarded to our 24 hour answering service.

Wallingford:

• All regularly scheduled visits are by appointment only, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:40pm.
• To inquire about an appointment, reschedule, or confirm the status of your appointment, please call us at (203) 265-9831.
• Wallingford phones are answered from 8:00am to 4:45pm, except on Fridays when they are answered from 8:00am to 4:30pm., at which time calls are forwarded to our 24 hour answering service.

Our on call service is available on nights and weekends – 7 days a week.
