Through this alignment with Hartford HealthCare (HHC), Connecticut’s most consumer-centric health system, you will have access to a network of high-quality and affordable services including primary care, urgent care, specialty care (such as neurology, dermatology and urology), behavioral health, home care, and more.
You’ll benefit from HHC’s integrated electronic health record system (EPIC), which securely connects your medical records across all locations and providers in the system. Whether you’re seeing a cardiologist, visiting an urgent care center, or following up with a specialist, your care team will be connected and informed.
Our goal is to minimize any disruption in care. Scheduled appointments will remain the same and you can continue to book appointments as you have done in the past. There is no need to call and confirm. Continue to bring your photo ID and insurance card(s) to visits.
