Connecticut is now in phase 1B. Currently, two options have opened to allow patients age 75 or above to schedule an appointment. The State will also be providing additional options in the near future. Our offices will not be distributing the vaccine and cannot schedule appointments.
Hartford Healthcare COVID-19 vaccination is now available to the public through Hartford Healthcare for individuals over age 75. You do NOT need a doctor’s note. You can sign up through MyChartPlus which is where you can view your laboratory studies, doctor’s notes, etc. Click here for the link to the Hartford Healthcare website is below for your convenience.
Uconn Health COVID-19 Vaccination is also now available through UConn Health to the general public aged over 75 years. You do NOT need a doctor’s note for this vaccination sign up either. Click here.
