Kristi Poehlmann, DNP, AGPCNP-C, APRN
Kristi is an experienced adult geriatric nurse practitioner with an extensive cardiology and community nursing background. She attended the University of Connecticut where she received her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees, as well as her doctorate degree, in nursing practice.
Kristi joins us from Middlesex Health Primary Care where she served as an APRN serving the adult and geriatric population. She has a strong work ethic, excellent communication, and critical thinking skills, and enjoys identifying ways to continually improve patient care.
