Please remember that insurance is a method of reimbursing patients for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment. We appreciate and encourage payment for services rendered at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Discover, American Express, and Master Card.
At every visit, it is important for all patients to inform our office staff of their current insurance coverage. Because insurance coverages frequently change, we will ask for insurance information each time you visit our office. We will need this information in order to submit insurance claims on your behalf.

If your insurance company requires a referral before seeing a specialist, it will be your responsibility to obtain that referral from your primary care physician.
