Some safe ways to manage stress to keep healthy include:

  • Meditate or practice deep breathing exercises
  • Listen to your favorite music; try a new music channel or a new genre
  • Cook your favorite heart friendly meal
  • Read a magazine, listen to a podcast, or call a friend
